Food security has emerged as one of the key global priorities in recent years. Addressing this issue requires not just urgent policy and financing measures, but also an army of skilled experts who can translate the challenges on the ground into scientific evidence for improved practices across various sectors in the food ecosystem ranging across plant and social sciences. In partnership with the University of Cambridge’s TIGR2ESS programme, Vertiver has initiated a series of online training sessions to build the capacity of agri researchers in India and the UK.
