SCIMS (Sikkim Climate Inventory & Monitoring System) is a web portal launched by The Chief Minister of Sikkim on 5th June 2019 on the occasion of World Environment Day. It aims at creating a Carbon Neutral Sikkim by inception of research and engagement to build technical and institutional framework by creating a digital platform. The project was conducted through a partnership between IORA Ecological and Shakti Sustainable Foundation to develop a system framework aimed at improving governance and securing climate finance for community-based schemes.
